Types of Usage
Usage: The leaf is a blood purifier and a poison blocker; it is ideal for all types of poisonings. With its emollient and astringent properties, it can also be used to treat digestive problems, especially when related to the colon, where it has a long term effect. Plantain is also used on wounds, insect bites, haemorrhoids, irritated and itchy skin.
Ingredients: Salve: Fresh org. plantain leaves and roots, org. calendula flowers, org. cold-pressed olive oil and pure beeswax.
Infusion: 2 to 3 cups of infusion a day.
Creme: Our plantain salve soothes the itch from insect bites. An astringent, it reduces haemorrhoids and alleviates the itching and irritation they cause. Apply a good quantity and repeat for a few days.
