Usage: The antispasmodic properties of crampbark combined with the emmenagogue qualities of red raspberry leaves make an especially efficient mix to treat menstrual cramps. It can be used as needed, when cramps are severe or preventively at the beginning of the flow.
Ingredients: Ingredients : Org. red raspberry and org. crampbark.
Tincture: 10 to 20 drops, 1 to 5 times per day.
