Precautions
SAM-e has a very low side effect profile – some people experience mild nausea. It has been used in Europe for many years without any serious problems. SAM-e should not be used by individuals that are pregnant, on MAO inhibitors, SSRI inhibitors antidepressants such as Fluoxitine, anti-obesity medication or anyone who suffers from bi-polar disorder, unless on the advise of and under the direct supervision of a health care professional. Store in a cool dry place (15 - 25° C) - Keep out of the reach of children.
